ELP Expansion to Event Contract and ELP Taker Restriction

Summary

OKX is updating its API so that Event Contract (EVENTS) instruments support ELP functionality on the maker side.
ELP taker access will be disabled for EVENTS instruments starting May 12, 2026.
Orders sent with isElpTakerAccess set to true for EVENTS instruments will be rejected, affecting the Place order and Place multiple orders endpoints over both POST and WebSocket.
If you use the OKX API, review the API documentation and update your integration before May 12, 2026.
